Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) – FTC Rider
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the services offered by FTC Rider via its website, mobile application, and any other online booking platform. By using FTC Rider’s services, the user agrees unconditionally to these Terms.
2. Services Offered FTC Rider provides on-demand transportation services, including but not limited to:
Private car transport for individuals.
Advance booking of vehicles for one-off or regular journeys.
Personalised mobility services for events or business travel.
3. Access to Services
Registration: Access to certain services requires creating a user account with accurate and up-to-date personal information.
Age requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use FTC Rider’s services.
Account confidentiality: Users are responsible for keeping their account confidential, including their login credentials.
4. User Obligations Users agree to:
Use FTC Rider’s services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Not disrupt, overload, or damage FTC Rider’s systems, including the networks and servers used to provide the services.
Follow the safety rules and instructions given by the driver during the journey.
5. Booking and Cancellation
Booking: Any booking made via the website or app is subject to confirmation. Users receive an email or notification once the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation: Users may cancel a booking in accordance with the Refund Policy. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
No-show: If the user does not show up at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time, the ride will be charged according to the defined terms.
6. Pricing and Payment
Rates: Applicable rates are clearly shown at the time of booking and vary depending on the type of service, distance, and time.
Payment: Payments can be made by credit card, via online payment platforms, or any other method indicated at the time of booking. Payments are secured by certified providers.
Additional fees: Additional fees may apply for special service requests or extended driver waiting time.
7. FTC Rider’s Responsibilities
Service commitment: FTC Rider is committed to providing a safe and professional transport service. However, FTC Rider cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (e.g. traffic conditions, unexpected incidents).
Limitation of liability: FTC Rider is not liable for losses or damages incurred by the user as a result of using the services, except where required by law.
8. User Conduct
Respect: Users must behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle. Any damage caused intentionally to the vehicle or inappropriate behaviour may result in additional charges or a ban from using the services.
Prohibition: It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances on board FTC Rider vehicles.
9. Personal Data FTC Rider is committed to protecting its users’ personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. Information collected is used solely to provide the services and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
10. Changes to these Terms FTC Rider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the app or website. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
